- Lie down on your bed, a comfy couch, a futon or any soft surface of your preference. The more horizontal you are, the better.

- Close your eyes, relax and slow down your breathing. You may notice that your heartbeats will be slower, too; don't panic, that's normal.

- Now try to silence your thoughts. Stop thinking in all the problems for a bit.
